  • Founder

    Sherri O’Donnell has been a fitness instructor for twenty-two years, specializing in spinning, cardio classes and strength training. She has been practicing yoga for twenty-five years and is very excited to share the gift of yoga with all of Presque Isle, Maine. This is a very important venture for her, as she finds much joy in teaching and enjoying wellness with others. She has completed the 200-hour yoga teaching training certification and will continue to learn by taking a Yin Yoga training certification course this fall. She will always consider herself a student first to ensure life-long learning. She will work hard to ensure that the Yoga Garage caters to all levels, with a focus on yoga flow for strength and flexibility (Vinyasa & Hatha), and restorative yoga styles (Yin). Namaste.

  • Yoga Instructor

    Julie French has worked in the fields of education and emotional/physical wellness since 1990. She has worked with all ages from caregiver/toddler yoga to youth at the local Job Core Center to senior chair yoga. She has worked in various locales: public schools, libraries, recreation departments, summer camps and her own home when homeschooling her son in the elementary/middle grades. In addition to leading yoga, she has taught mindfulness, stress reduction, conflict resolution and bicycle safety. Julie values all forms of movement and has been giving Thai Yoga Massages for the past eight years. She is currently taking a Yoga Nidra Course to be able to add that certification to her repertoire. When Julie is not involved in the above activities, she can be found outside in nature, participating in many forms of athletic hobbies, as well as traveling with her spouse.

  • Yoga Instructor/Head of Social Media

    Jenna Norton is a nutrition/wellness coach and lactation counselor. She’s been practicing yoga for over ten years and has completed her 200-hour YTT at the Yoga and Ayurveda Center online. She is also certified in Restorative Yoga. Her favorite styles of yoga are vinyasa, restorative, and gentle yoga. She is devoted to creating an atmosphere for all students to explore yoga techniques, take a journey towards wellness and experience the union of movement and breath. She has a passion for health and nutrition and she believes the mind and body are connected when it comes to optimizing your health. She recently became a mom to a beautiful baby girl and lives in Presque Isle with her husband, daughter, and their Australian Shepherd. I love to be outdoors and moving my body, whether it’s yoga, hiking, running, walking. or strength training.

  • Mindfulness Practicioner

    Sharmon Clark is the owner of Kind Vibes - Beyond Calm. She is a certified mindfulness instructor, specializing in teaching mindfulness to children. She has received her training and certification through Mindful Schools. Her passion is helping children and adults find grounding and peace, even when life goes sideways. She’s very excited to meet you!

  • Tarot / Crystal Guide

    Tiffany is the creator of Divine Connections. She has always been curious about the spiritual parts of life - from crystals to astrology to tarot. She has been practicing tarot for over 2 years and has found great joy in helping people connect to the Universe. She is looking forward to continue learning while guiding others.
